The AiM Method Online Classroom & Mentorship has been designed for practitioners who want to go deeper — to study the AiM Method directly with Gary Ward in a guided, interactive format that brings the AiM work to life.

Across eight weeks, you’ll not only complete the course but also apply it through mentorship, feedback, and shared learning with a small group of committed practitioners.

It’s a space where questions get answered, confidence grows, and understanding becomes a real-world skill and where observed practice breeds confidence in application too.

How It Works

This is an 8-week live online classroom designed to help you finish the AiM Method course, bring it to life, and experience personal mentorship from Gary.

  • Weeks 1–4: Guided Learning
    Work through the AiM Method course with Gary, one section at a time. Each 90-minute live session focuses on clarity, Q&A, and practical understanding — so you stay on track and never get lost in the material.

  • Weeks 5–8: Mentorship in Practice
    This is where the learning becomes application. Using the OnForm app, you’ll record and upload short videos of yourself applying the AiM Method principles with clients or your own body. Gary will watch each video, provide personalised feedback, and share that learning with the whole group — so everyone benefits from each other’s progress. It’s an interactive mentorship where the entire group grows together.

To make this truly global, there are two live cohorts available:

🕒 US Cohort

  • Same dates, adjusted for US time zone 19:00 EST / 16:000 PST

Each cohort is limited to 20 places to maintain a small, interactive classroom where everyone’s work is seen, discussed, and supported.
