Read MoreThis livetraining has been an eyeopener in many aspects of how and when to use the bodyshapes and how (and why) to choose specific cues. And it deepened my understanding of the skeletons "matrix" in movement (connection between jaw and pelvis or bending knee when posterior tilting gives information about the ability to extend the hip,...) . Great experience to observe the different spines in movement, hear the reactions / sensations of the students after doing the shapes. Understanding the cogs in their chance for reeducating the body and finding what is missing! This course give me really so much helpful knowledge! I think it is the best of the live trainings! Only thing that i would have liked, is to integrate the feet and lower limp stuff more. Happy the wedges got their chance!!!
Read LessAs usual Gary was fantastic. The live training sessions beautifully complement the theory classes and give a practical application of the theory.
