This final addition to the Flow Motion Model course covers the remaining pieces of the Flow Motion Model chart including Scapular mechanics, Sacro-iliac Joint, Fibula mechanics and the mechanics of the lateral border of the foot, specifically the 4th and 5th metatarsal. Gary even elaborates on his ideas around Type 1 and Type 2 foot mechanics that he first touched on in his book What The Foot.
These small pieces do not alter the body shapes that you have been learning or the global postures that we move through in gait but are the finer details that complete the bigger picture and which can be sites of problems or equally equally areas of discomfort.
This course introduces the mechanics of these key body parts and enables you to complete the full Flow motion Model chart in the back of your Flow Motion Model Online manual.

To watch Gary move is to have the clearest picture of what's possible for each joint action that we, ultimately, want our clients to be able to experience and enjoy. The concept of whole body wedging may not be entirely new to those who've used AiM wedges to enhance movement potential, but this advanced wedges lesson will absolutely give you clarity on what structures of the feet influence the structures of the spine and how to strategize a session for a person based on what movements they struggle with. Aces. Loved this one and have watched multiple times.

Read MoreI have taken essentially all of AIM's courses and found this one to be super informative and beneficial as well. It addressed areas I was seeking more detailed knowledge on, particularly the SI joint, 4th/5th metatarsal mechanics, and in-depth scapular mechanics. I highly recommend it as it is more detailed in those areas as presented in previous AIM courses.
