Read MoreThis is definitely not a repeat of the information in the online training. The OT has a very thorough step-by-step look at the actions of every muscle in three plans as well as the larger relationships. This live training centers on the joints and bones with some review of the muscles. I found the live applications super helpful as well as the stresses that Gary brought into assessments to streamline the process. Also, this gave me another close review of my own patterns in comparison to the others. Very helpful. Thank you.
